you can't miss it

I accompanied my progenitors to Hong Kong to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary a couple of weeks ago. As I'm going through my photos, I noticed something. Do you notice it, too?

While having lunch at Nobu, InterContinental Hong Kong on Salisbury Road, 14 August 2011, 2:36PM.

The classic Victoria Harbour view, with the Star Ferry in the foreground, 16 August 2011, 10:47AM.

Cannons on the parking roof deck of The Landmark at Harbour City, 16 August 2011, 10:52AM.

Cocktail hour at Cucina, Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel, 16 August 2011, 7:58PM.

Through my window at the Gateway Marco Polo Hotel, 17 August 2011, 9:55AM.

Sculpture of a guy thinking(?), Hong Kong Museum Of Art, 17 August 2011, 1:02PM.

Sculpture of a pterodactyl(?), Hong Kong Museum Of Art, 17 August 2011, 1:03PM.

It's everywhere! It's the giant phallic symbol of Hong Kong!

The International Finance Centre of Hong Kong, 14 August 2011, 4:50PM.

More about ifc, here. Surprisingly, it is NOT the tallest building in Hong Kong SAR. That honor belongs to Kowloon side... for now.

International Commerce Centre on the left, shot from the roof deck of The Landmark, 16 August 2011, 10:50AM.

Incidentally, ifc has the Four Seasons Hotel, while ICC has the Ritz-Carlton. The ICC is not as pointy, though. jeje
